For what it's worth I vote 4.88 gears. A 4.56 should get you back to a factory final drive ratio, but with extra weight and heavier tires you'll want a little more gearing to get all that weight moving and keep it moving up hills or while pulling something.
On my daily driver 02 SR5 I went from a 4.10 ratio to a 4.30 and went from a 30" tire to a 31" tire. Not a huge difference on tire or gear ratio but that little extra gearing over tire size allows me to stay in overdrive a lot of the time. For that reason I'll be going with a 4.88 the next time I step up to a 32" or 33" tire. I think it helps with mpg's too...I'm currently getting 18-19mpg.
I'd only recommend a 5.29 gear for larger than 33" tires, pulling a trailer on regular basis, or rock crawling.
